This training program is free of charge and focused on the community, which enables anyone to take on a challenge and run with a defined purpose. Everyone is a finisher, and everyone is confident in the outcome. We make sure every participant is prepared, regardless of the training or competition schedule. Improving your timing is also a possibility, training and a plan is all that is needed. You will achieve the needed timed goals.
